Singapore Kindness Movement (SKM) is rallying everyone to unite via a new initiative, “Overcome as One”. It is a movement encouraging everyone to be more caring and appreciative towards frontliners, public-facing staff and each other, to help Singapore overcome the COVID-19 outbreak.
The event will feature booths from Ground-Up Movements such as Contribute.SG, where members of the public can contribute excess COVID-19 essentials like masks and hand sanitisers, to be redistributed to those in need.
There will also be a video booth for members of the public to record their appreciation towards frontliners. Visitors can spread the Overcome as One message on social media by signing the gesture at our photobooth. Complimentary yellow gerberas, “Overcome As One” badges and car decals will also be distributed to rally Singaporeans to stay united in the fight against COVID-19.
