Ice Art Exhibition Opens In Singapore

The Ice Art Exhibition has opened in Singapore for the first time.

Experience some of the world's most famous landmarks in the form of ice sculptures created by famous ice sculpture masters!

Held in a purpose-built thermal-insulated hall that is kept at -15°C and features some 30-odd pieces of ice sculptures in the form of iconic world landmarks like London's Big Ben and Paris' Eiffel Tower amongst others. The ice sculptures are carved out of dyed-ice blocks or colored ice blocks with special colourful lightings to enhance the effect and beauty of the art.

Besides the ice sculptures measuring up to 3m in height, visitors will also be able to enjoy a winter experience at Art Ice 2013-2014 with its snow making machines replicating snowfalls daily. The little ones will no doubt look forward to the special children’s playground made of ice. There will be also be food and beverage outlets at the event offering local delights .Besides attractions for the young, Ice Art 2013/2014 will cater to adults as well with its fully furnished ice bar that will be opened daily. Drinks will be served in specially carved authentic ice mugs that visitors can subsequently throw against a target board once they are finished with their drinks.
