Being caregivers to our loved ones living with advanced illnesses can feel like ‘warfare’ with ourselves. We devote our time and energy to attend to them, putting aside other aspects of our lives. The burden of caregiving can put a toll on us and over time, we may start to ask if there is a future beyond caregiving. Yet, when our loved ones pass on and we relinquish our caregiving duties, the question arises: how do I live without them? This talk explores the grief of bereaved caregivers and introduces ways to support them.

About the Speaker:
Chee Wai Yee, Senior Director of Grief Matters
