IGNITE! Music Festival is an annual, student-driven music festival that will be happening in the month of July. After 14 successful runs (and one Stay Home Edition) since 2008, Republic Polytechnic and The Republic Cultural Centre (TRCC) is pleased to present IGNITE! Music Festival 2022.
With the Festival reaching its 15th year, IGNITE! strives to bring the best of local music in and strives with its theme of “Passion and Compassion”.
Armed with a series of mini lead-up concerts and a wide mix of music genres, IGNITE! 2022 is all set to bring to us great local talents with their covers and original compositions. With exciting fringe programs leading up to the final 2-nights of visual and aural treats from the TRCC Theatre and Studio.
Being the only Polytechnic with a music festival of this scale, IGNITE! is also known for its extensive technical stage setup.
The event will be held live with FREE admission, where attendees can enjoy:
- Great music by top local bands, 13 bands over 2 days
- Other peripherals and inclusions during the show itself
