The House of Suntory, the founding House of Japanese Whisky, has always looked towards elements of home in Japan in creating its best whisky expressions. This year, it announces the release of Hibiki Blossom Harmony, a whisky inspired by the Sakura flower of Japan, created through the delicate finishing of Japanese whiskies in Sakura casks.
To introduce the 2022 Hibiki® Blossom Harmony™ limited-edition blend in Singapore, the House of Suntory has partnered with GOHO Kaiseki & Bar for an exquisite pairing dinner from 4 November till 30 November.
Be whisked away on comprehensive tour through the best flavours of Japan with GOHO Keiseki’s three signature omakase menus – Sakura ($98++, 9-course; 11 dishes), Sumire ($138++, 9-course; 13 dishes), and Ume ($188++, 10-course; 15 dishes). Top up $77++ for two Hibiki pairings, the first, Hibiki Harmony (served as a highball) and second, Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2022 (served neat).
