Gorgeous Transformation 2022 Art Exhibition

Women Artists Association (Singapore) is proud to present "Gorgeous Transformation 2022” Art Exhibition in celebration of the International Labour Day and Mothers’ Day at ION Art. The exhibition will be open to the public from 29 April to 6 May 2022 daily from 10am-10pm. This exhibition will showcase 57 pieces of high-quality artworks of 55 women artists from various nationalities. The use of medium in artworks - Chinese ink, watercolour, acrylic, oil and photography - features perspectives as in landscape, portrait, still life, and abstract. Besides, we also have exhibits in Chinese calligraphy and ceramic. Along with the “White Paper on Singapore Women’s Development” endorsed by the Singapore Parliament recently, WAA (Singapore) aims to bring together female artists from different culture, and empowers women to develop their own artistic practices, and hopes to raise greater awareness of women's contributions in community and in art.
