With a new year comes a new month and this January Janice Wong presents her latest high tea series Geisha. Drawing inspiration from a Geisha meaning “a woman of the arts” Janice invites guests to experience a taste of Japan every weekend as she brings part of the Japanese culture to Singapore at 2am:dessertbar from 9 January 2021.

The new menu features a range of Japanese-inspired items such as the Kakigori Kinkan Vanilla Cream Chocolate Soba Cha Monaka Grilled Dango glazed with passionfruit white miso and the Temari Sushi in assorted flavours of Tuna Salmon and Scallop that will take you right back to Japan.

The journey continues with the Kyoto Matcha Katsu Sando Ichigo Dafuku Wagashi Coffee dorayaki and the Raindrop cake. Guests are invited to grill their own dango in a setup perfectly sized for their table.
