15 Stamford by Alvin Leung is celebrating Valentine’s Day with a romantic five-course set dinner on 14 February 2020 that will end with a nightcap cocktail at The Bar at 15 Stamford while being serenaded by a live guitarist. The menu is all created with romance as the inspiration with items like Oscietra Caviar ‘Ice Brick’ served with Vichysoisse espuma and parmesan biscuit, Maine Lobster with green pea mousseline and Iberian Pork Floss, Fine de Claire ‘Porridge’ of oysters in Jin Long Yu rice, basil purée, samphire and parmesan cloud, and Black Angus Beef Short Rib ‘Mont Blanc’ served with chestnut porcini, creamed apple celeriac and black truffle sauce. The meal will end with Valrhona Chocolate Orizaba 39%, laced with earl grey, red velvet and raspberry sorbet.

Special after dinner cocktails like Rosé Sangria and Strawberry Kisses are also available at The Bar at 15 Stamford, which will be transformed into a den of romance with candles and red roses aplenty. Every lady who walks in will receive a stalk of rose before they are serenaded the rest of the evening by a live guitarist strumming out the latest romantic hits as well as the classics.

At the end of the celebration, take home something sweet to commemorate the day from The Boutique at 15 Stamford, which has come up with special pralines and macarons for the occasion.
