From now till 14 July, Town Restaurant, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore presents a Thai Fiesta exquisitely crafted by Mrs. Premrudee Jittivutikarn, the chef-owner of the famous King Seafood Restaurants in Pattaya Thailand. Born to a Thai mother and a Chinese father, she has been exposed to the traditional Thai Isan and Chinese food culture from a young age. Her years of experience in Thai cooking has earned for her a revered reputation in elevated, refined Thai flavours.

Featuring fresh ingredients and masterful cooking techniques, the brimming buffet showcases the piquant flavours of the multi-faceted Thai cuisine. Diners are invited to embark on a gastronomical journey of hearty authentic Thai cuisine.
