Novus is about Modern European Cuisine - we pick quality premium ingredients from around the world, use a combination of traditional and nouvelle techniques to bring out the best flavours, and continuously strive to express each dish with a refined elegance.

To maintain the pristine standard of each dish, and to preserve the intimate ambience of the restaurant, seating is limited to forty-eight. Thus, reservations are strongly recommended.
