The House Collective Guest Shift

Get ready for a sensational night of fast-paced and innovative bartending as Smoke & Mirrors teams up with The House Collective for an unforgettable bar takeover in conjunction with Singapore Cocktail Festival.

On 7 May, Smoke & Mirrors welcomes four of The House Collective's finest bartenders in a roving guest shift, from 8 PM till midnight.

Look out for Gail Lanorias, Operations Manager at Salisterra Bar, as the sommelier and bartender aficionado showcases her extensive knowledge of beverages in Salty Storm, a tequila-based cocktail inspired by Hong Kong’s 7-Up Salty Lime.

Taking over, Harry Zhang, UNION’s Head of Bars, brings his innovative and inventive flair in Frugal Hemingway, a zest and fruity rum tipple amplified with grapefruit, lime, plum and tomato that’s sure to impress.

Indulge in the uniquely tantalising Cheese Teh Tarik, an exquisite blend of parmesan-infused bourbon, cold brew tea, pistachio orgeat and sweet jaggery. Crafted by Matthew Halls, Head of Bars at Cafe Grey Deluxe, this savoury creation draws inspirational roots from Mathew’s global travels.

For a perfect nightcap, don’t miss William Zhang’s Eco Rouge, a complex tipple stemmed from red wine, Thai Montenegro, and Raspberry Vinegar, expertly crafted by the Head Bartender of Chengdu’s Jing Bar.
