Cambodia’s leading cocktail bar, SORA Bar at Rosewood Phnom Penh, will be doing two highly-anticipated guest shifts on 6 and 8 May, during Singapore’s largest Cocktail Festival weekend this year.
Leading the guest shifts are Bob Louison, Director of Bars at Rosewood Phnom Penh, and Cambodian-native and Bar Manager Udom Chhoun. Let the esteemed duo take your palates through a whirl of flavours as they serve a sneak peek of the Book of Yokai: Sora Bar’s new progressive menu that is wrapped in authentic Japanese storytelling. The four cocktails from their new menu will spotlight Cambodian ingredients such as rice, palm sugar and Kampot pepper, offering an exquisite taste of a country and bar destined to make big waves on the international bar scene.
The guest shifts will be held at The Bar at 15 Stamford on Saturday, May 6 between 9 p.m. and 12 a.m., and Smoke & Mirrors on Monday, May 8 between 7 p.m. and 11 p.m.
