On Wednesday, 20 September, Griglia Open Fire Italian Kitchen invites you to immerse in South Italian flavours as the venue spotlights mouthwatering selections from Feudi di San Gregorio vineyards in Campania, Italy.
Priced at $188++pp, the dinner and wine pairing is the carefully curated creation of Napoli native Executive Chef Andrea De Paola, and in-house expert sommelier, Panneer Soundarajan.
Together, they introduce a selection of delightful canapés, followed by a four-course menu paired with five exceptional wines. Highlights include Greco di Tufo, a slightly spicy white wine paired with freshly seasoned Mediterranean Tuna Crudo, and ruby red Serpico Aglianico, an 18 months-aged red wine served alongside Paccheri Napoletano, a slow-braised pork cheek, beef short ribs and lard combo heralded as a specialty of Naples.
