Hendrick's Wildflower Garden Pop Up

Hendrick’s Gin invites all busy bees and social butterflies to stop and smell the flowers at the Hendrick's Wildflower Garden at Caffe Fernet from 25 April to 25 June 2023. Overlooking Singapore’s stunning Marina Bay skyline the two-month pop-up and thriving floral sanctuary presents an enthralling selection of Hendrick’s Flora Adora cocktails and pairing dishes.

Treat yourself to luscious libations specially crafted in collaboration with Caffe Fernet’s bartenders. The menu features Hendrick’s Flora Adora presented in three distinct styles of drinks from the aperitivo-inspired Hummingbird made with classic Italian bitters to the fruity and velvety smooth Butterflies & Bees that takes inspiration from the classic Gin Sour and the exceedingly refreshing Blossom which presents a fruity layered riff off the classic Spritz.

Complement the cocktails with a mouth-watering selection of dishes from Caffe Fernet’s Spring and Summer menu refresh. The Burrata makes for a wonderful appetiser with a fruity and tart base of macerated strawberries and cherry tomatoes in a citrus balsamic sauce topped with pine nut granola. Deftly pan-seared to a crisp yet delicate and succulent on the inside the Golden Pomfret is served with a rich and spicy Calabrian pepper spread and Kalamata olive crumble. Round off the evening with a creamy Rhubarb Panna Cotta made with Hokkaido milk topped with orange marinated rhubarb and toasted Sicilian pistachio.

Partnering with local aromatherapy studio Hyuuga Artisans guests may redeem a complimentary and exclusive Rosewood diffuser for every three Hendrick’s Flora Adora cocktails ordered. The diffuser has been imbued with an essential oil specially customised for the launch of Hendrick’s Flora Adora.
