Bols & Bacardi Takeover

ANTI:DOTE will showcase Eastern European Cure-alls on 11 September 2023, at an innovative guest bartenders takeover featuring brand ambassadors Maria Kim from Bacardi and Bystrik Uko from Lucas Bols.

Expanding on the concept of ANTI:DOTE’s new Cure-all menu featuring remedy-inspired tipples from around the world, this one-night takeover will showcase five original drinks highlighting antidotes from Eastern Europe.

Imbibe in the probiotic Kvass Highball, made with Aberfeldy 12-Year-Old, barley, honey and citrus to provide sweet and sour notes complementing the fermented remedy’s flavours. Bystrik’s Reme-Tea blends Galliano Authentico and Bols Genever for a unique experience: caramel milk — an ingredient often used in his mother’s secret remedies to cure common colds — adds a touch of sweetness and creaminess, roasted tea provides an earthy undertone, and citrus offers a bright finish for a well-balanced drink.

The guest shift will be held on 11 September 2023, from 8:30 pm to 11:30 pm at ANTI:DOTE, level 1 of Fairmont Singapore. The cocktails are priced at $25++ per glass.
