What does “望” mean to you?
Themes of emotional transition after bereavement – from despair to hope and disappointment to wishing – are weaved into the artworks of Tan Meng How, a 78-year-old who explores the poignant journey of loss, grief and hope.
A sole caregiver to his belated wife, Mr Tan is a local self-taught artist who creates paintings replete with rolling landscapes and intricate fauna from his living-room chair.
Admission is free-of-charge. Exhibition open from 30 Apr - 22 May daily from 10am-7pm.
