Savour exquisite food on a restaurant hop through Singapore’s historical and cultural district in the CBD. Begin the night with aperitifs and snacks at Poisson, a dining concept focused on seafood. The restaurant is housed in a beautifully restored conservation shophouse on Bukit Pasoh Road. This area is historically home to Chinese clan associations: Ee Hoe Hean, the Chinese millionaires’ club that was the headquarters of the anti-Japanese movement during World War II, is also here. Then make your way to Boeuf on Telok Ayer Street for dinner. As its name suggests, Boeuf focuses on beef. The restaurant sits diagonally across Thian Hock Keng, Singapore’s oldest Chinese temple built in the 1800s that is both a living monument and an architectural masterpiece. Move on to Noir, located above Boeuf, for a fitting end to this exclusive night – desserts in a plush wine lounge.
