The expanded gastronomy series this year brings to life how both the craftsmen at The Balvenie and MICHELIN Guide chefs have stood the test of time, and poured their hearts and passions into creating something extraordinary. This series includes a total of 6 restaurants in Singapore, inclusive of perennial favourites like Braci, Shisen Hanten, Burnt Ends, Tippling Club and Thevar.

About The Balvenie X Cure:
Just like the craftsmanship at The Balvenie Distillery, it takes determination, dedication, and passion to commit to tradition and celebrate flavours that are so deeply ingrained in culture and heritage. At newly minted MICHELIN-Starred restaurant Cure chef-owner Andrew Walsh, in collaboration with The Balvenie, champions Irish cuisine through his culinary craft that tells the story of Ireland’s landscape and history. Chef Walsh is honoured to be partnering with The Balvenie since he believes both brands share the same value of creating something amazing from the heart.

His main course is a twice-smoked salmon prepared with The Balvenie 14 Year Old The Week of Peat. His second dish is The Childhood Memories of Peat dessert served with The Balvenie 12-Year-Old DoubleWood. Lastly, to celebrate its recent MICHELIN Star accolade, Chef Walsh and his team have crafted a cocktail called Star in Orbit using The Balvenie 14-Year-Old Caribbean Cask.

From 21 February till 21 April 2022, diners can enjoy the handcrafted pairings at Cure which is located at 21 Keong Saik Rd, Singapore 089128. The three dishes will be available as a full menu for S$396++ with alcohol pairing (includes wine, one dram of The Balvenie DoubleWood 12-Year-Old, one dram of The Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14-Year-Old and one Star in Orbit cocktail) or S$228++ without alcohol pairing. The Balvenie drams can still be ordered a la carte.
