Jazz Au Jardin at vOilah! France Singapore Festival 2022

vOilah! invites you to an evening of jazzy music, carefree strolls and relaxing picnics in the festival’s opening programme. French and Singaporean musicians take to the Shaw Foundation Symphony Stage in the heart of the Singapore Botanic Gardens! Expect a selection of well-loved jazz standards such as “Invitation”, “Have You Met Ms Jones” and “Autumn Leaves” from the Jazz Association Singapore Orchestra (JASSO Ensemble) – led by Jeremy Monteiro, “King of Swing” and Executive Director & Music Director of the Jazz Association, and Louis Soliano, the Godfather of Singapore jazz. Samy Thiébault Quartet, led by the renowned French saxophonist Samy Thiébault, will showcase Thiébault’s latest release, “Awé!”, a synthesis of influences from Caribbean stories, Indian inspirations and a forever-renewed Coltranian spirituality. Join the musicians as they spread good vibes and transform the park into an open dance floor and a melodious picnic ground under the stars!
