These traditional principles have remained the same across the world for thousands of years. Now, in this 5-hour workshop, Laurent shares the ancestral traditions of cheese-making with you. He explains and demonstrates the different steps of making the most popular cheese types. You can make a small fresh cheese, customise its flavour ingredients and bring it home. Taste different cheeses made by Laurent in Singapore and discuss the many ways to enjoy them while sipping from a selection of wines
