The expanded gastronomy series this year brings to life how both the craftsmen at The Balvenie and MICHELIN Guide chefs have stood the test of time, and poured their hearts and passions into creating something extraordinary. This series includes a total of 6 restaurants in Singapore, inclusive of perennial favourites like Braci, Shisen Hanten and Burnt Ends.
About The Balvenie X Braci:
Chef Mirko Febbrile, Chef de Cuisine at Braci creates his first dish, the Topinambour, home-cured sardines, Alaskan king crab and rice both to pair naturally with the honey notes of The Balvenie 12-Year-Old DoubleWood. His next dish, the savoy cabbage stuffed with Iberico pork and wild garlic raviolini pairs perfectly with the toffee notes of The Balvenie 14-Year-Old Caribbean Cask.
These two dishes were inspired by the tasting notes of The Balvenie to pair perfectly with two different expressions. They form complementary tasting profiles when paired and share the same artisanal approach as The Balvenie’s handcrafted whiskies. The dishes are part of the Spring menu that Braci launched earlier this year.
