Amazon Southeast Asia Online Seller Summit 2021

The Amazon Southeast Asia Online Seller Summit 2021 is Amazon’s largest-ever event in Southeast Asia dedicated to seller success. The two-day interactive event will discuss the impact of e-commerce trends and how local businesses can ‘Start Local, Go Global' with Amazon’s 18 marketplaces to expand internationally and reach more customers.

Event highlights include:
- Inspiring Keynotes: Minister for Trade and Industry, Mr Chan Chun Sing, will grace the virtual event as the Guest-of-Honour and be joined by leaders of Amazon Singapore, industry experts, and local business owners selling on Amazon.sg to discuss e-commerce trends and how local businesses can scale globally
- Professional Training Courses with Amazon account managers: Sellers can learn about top product categories and how to grow their business online, with Amazon Merchandising and Brand Success Tools, while managing their logistics with Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA)
- Grow your network: Connect with other sellers and learn about the skills development programs offered by Amazon. Local sellers on Amazon – Debbie Cai, Zhang RuiHong, and Felix Law – will also share their experience and advice for SMBs keen to reach more customers via Amazon.sg.
- Live Chat with Amazon Experts: Get all your questions answered through consultations with Amazon account managers, and service providers to launch and grow your business on Amazon. On Day 2 of the Summit, 29 Jan, 10am SGT onwards, Amazon will host consultation sessions to deep-dive into specific seller challenges and solutions to address them.
