The three menus will feature "tank-to-table" whole live Maine lobsters as the star ingredient, with the different courses showcasing flavours from some of the most romantic countries in the world, bringing out the distinct taste of Japan, France, Spain and Italy.

Those looking to impress their dates can book a private cabin with Cable Car Sky Dining’s Stardust Cabin for an intimate meal against a backdrop of stars, and couples at Arbora and Dusk Restaurant & Bar will be serenaded by roving musicians and live acoustic performances.
