Monkey Shoulder’s Southeast Asia Brand Ambassador Jay Gray will be offering a spectacular range of cocktails with the premium blended malt Scotch whisky.
Jay’s approachable whisky cocktails will fit right in with the cocktail programme at quintessential neighbourhood destination, Deadfall, which opened in Singapore’s Boat Quay neighbourhood in December 2019.
The lower level of the dual-concept, two-storey Barbary Coast, Deadfall, spans across three historic shophouses, with eclectic décor which pays homage to bars found littered throughout the original Barbary Coast in San Francisco in the mid-1800s.
In addition to next Tuesday’s specialty Monkey Shoulder menu, Deadfall regularly features affordable creative cocktails based on colour (S14++ each), alongside a curated selection of ice-cold beer (from S$6 NETT) and wine (S$12++).
The drinks menu accompanies delectable bar snacks such as the savoury House Nachos (S$12/18 NETT) and the deep-fried TTW Sando (S$15 NETT), a tater tot-waffle sandwich filled with the goodness of homemade sauerkraut, cheddar and salsa roja.
