Start the year with a new dish under your belt—or should we say, chef’s hat—at OUE Social Kitchen. On 11 January 2020, join actress, model and host Jade Seah in an easy-to-follow cooking masterclass and you’ll be all set to impress serving up these flavour-packed dishes during the Lunar New Year!

Jade’s menu puts an elevated spin on two traditional Chinese dishes, just in time for the Lunar New Year festivities!

Featuring fresh shrimp coated in golden breadcrumbs, the Typhoon Shelter Shrimp is sure to be a hit among those who love robust, garlicky aromas. With savoury beans and a kick from dried chillies, the Spicy Beef and Longevity Noodles has a fiery flavour for an added oomph on top of the usual saucy, umami base.

Can’t make it for the masterclass? You can also have a go at recreating the recipes throughout the month of January!
