Savour the Ondeh Ondeh, a classic coconut-crusted sweet potato ball stuffed with fragrant gula melaka; the Bandung Panna Cotta with Basil Seed, where the childhood favourite rose syrup in drinks and desserts is re-interpreted into a soft milk jelly; and the Chendol Cake, prepared with red bean, pandan and coconut mousse cake.
