Local flavours will win over hearts and appetites in the Afternoon Tea at the beautifully reimagined The Clifford Pier. Hae Bee Hiam & Cream Cheese Mini Tartlet and Hoisin Duck Rilettes in Sesame Bun are modern spins on retro favourites, while desserts prove that the best is saved for last.

Savour the Ondeh Ondeh, a classic coconut-crusted sweet potato ball stuffed with fragrant gula melaka; the Bandung Panna Cotta with Basil Seed, where the childhood favourite rose syrup in drinks and desserts is re-interpreted into a soft milk jelly; and the Chendol Cake, prepared with red bean, pandan and coconut mousse cake.
