From now till 14 July, Town Restaurant, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore presents a Thai Fiesta exquisitely crafted by Mrs. Premrudee Jittivutikarn, the chef-owner of the famous King Seafood Restaurants in Pattaya Thailand. Diners are invited to embark on a gastronomical journey of hearty authentic Thai cuisine. Highlights include Yam Neua Yang (North East Thailand) grilled Angus beef salad with Thai celery, shallots and tomato; Som Tam Gai Yang North East Thailand), Isan-style green papaya salad with Thai spice barbecue chicken; Kaw Tang Na Tang (Central Thailand), crispy rice crackers with shrimp dip; and Pla Nung Ma Nao (Central Thailand), steamed fish with spicy chili lime and coriander sauce and more!
