To celebrate Singapore’s National Day, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore presents A Soiree by the River at Town Restaurant, a tribute to the vibrant food scene that once lined the Singapore River and the rich nostalgic flavours of the country. The nightly dinner buffet will shine the spotlight on local grill favourites such as Sambal Stingray and Barbecued King Prawns alongside the highlight—tender, smoke-kissed Satays by well-loved homegrown brand, Chims’ Satay.
On 9 August, catch the live screening of the National Day Parade on large flat-screen TVs in the comfort of the plush interiors. Highlights of the buffet on the day include National Day specialties such as Claypot Station featuring Chilli Crab with Mantou and Special Rempah Fresh Catch Angoli Fish Head. Don’t miss our Chef’s Grilled Lobster special prepared a la minute topped with Salted Egg with Chilli Padi and Curry Leaves.
