In this workshop we'll guide you through a method for uncovering your truest feelings, desires and values so these can become a GPS in your life that leads you towards more purpose and meaning. You'll also be taken through some mindful stretching and a guided meditation to get you into an inspiring mindset ready to learn and take action.
