Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) welcomes two-time Acrobatics Pizza World Champion Pasqualino Barbasso this March as he brings his awe-inspiring and gravity-defying pizza tossing acts.

Born in Sicily, Chef Pasqualino learnt the secret to making exceptional pizzas in his family restaurant ‘Falco Azzurro’ in the Sicilian province of Agrigento. The pizzaiolo (professional pizza chef in Italian) first won the Sicily’s Acrobatic Pizza Championship in 1998 and has spent the last ten years traveling the world performing his craft and promoting Italian food culture. Guests can look forward to a limited-time-only menu of artisanal pizzas created exclusively by Chef Pasqualino that features gourmet toppings on hand-pulled pizzas baked in the wood-fired oven of Fratelli Pizzeria. Available for lunch and dinner, these include Sirenetta topped with Puglia Burrata Cheese, Mazara Red Prawn Tartare, Rucola Salad and Lemon Zest; Arrotolata with Asparagus Cream, Mozzarella, Buffalo Ricotta Cheese, Loch Fyne Smoked Salmon and Mesclun Salad; and Tonnata with Mozzarella, Roasted Dutch Veal, Tuna Sauce, Caper Berries and Spanish Anchovies.
