With over a decade of experience across famed restaurants in Italy, he has crafted 4 dishes imbued with the true spirit of Italian dining—handmade, comforting, and presented with heart. He has also partnered with Mediterranean fine wines and foods importer Amphora’s founder and head sommelier Giovanni Lombardo who will be guiding guests through his 4 curated wines paired with the selection of nonna-approved courses.
