Ignite! Music Festival 2019 Main Festival Showcase

Republic Polytechnic’s (RP) annual music festival—Ignite! Music Festival 2019—returns with its 12th edition showcasing the best in Singapore’s music scene for free! The main festival showcase features local talents ShiGGa Shay, Yung Raja X Fariz Jabba, Subsonic Eye, Bakers In Space, brb., Cosmic Child, FERS, Astronauts, YAØ, Sun Eater, and Fingerfunk.

With the theme “Passion and Compassion”, the student-driven festival hopes to follow in the footsteps of great music festivals around the world to utilise the power of music in promoting youth volunteerism. Over two weeks, more than 500 RP students will take on various roles in production, stage management, film, event management, artiste liaising and many others.
