Singapore Sports Hub presents a new pilot programme, Flex Revolution, comprising three curated classes targeting young adults: (i) Flex Fitness, (ii) Flex Pulse, and (iii) Flex Altitude. Flex Fitness training is a combination of high-intensity circuit training, functional movements and team-based challenges within a fun setting. Flex Pulse coaches participants on the basics of dragon boating over three weekly training sessions. Scale new heights with Flex Altitude, where you pick up the fundamentals of rock climbing. Stand to win a pair of event tickets of your choice when you purchase four or more sessions of Flex Fitness or be the first 10 participants to sign up for Flex Pulse or Flex Altitude.
