Film Screening – Rojak Romance

What’s it like being in a mixed race relationship in Singapore? Follow the journey of a young mixed-race couple (a Malaysian Ceylonese Tamil male and a Chinese American female) as they speculate on how to exist as a mixed-race couple in multiracial yet CMIO-centric Singapore. Rojak Romance also examines the history and identity of the Ceylonese Tamil community. Post-show dialogues with the couple, Tinesh and Jane, and the filmmakers are available after the screening.
