Dinner features an extravagant seven-course degustation menu consisting an assortment of French, Japanese, European, and Chinese dishes prepared by 4 world-class chefs; Ryan Clift of Tippling Club, Kenichiro Yamauchi of Restau K Yamauchi, David Senia and Lee Hiu Ngai of Capella Sentosa. Each dish will also come with a masterfully curated sake pairing by Norimasa Yamamoto, Owner-CEO of Heiwa Shuzo Brewery.
