The gastronomical journey will showcase the enigmatic allure of Scottish whisky from BenRiach and The Glendronach, as you savour meticulously prepared dishes. Be regaled by Guest Speaker and accredited Whisky Ambassador Stuart Fear, the Asia Regional Ambassador for GlenDronch, BenRiach and Glenglassaugh, as he lets you in on the story and secrets of whisky-making in Scotland.
Enjoy a spirited evening as you taste a range of BenRiach whisky with its signature sweet barley and fruit-laden style, from the classic 10-year-old expression to the award-winning 21-year-old Speyside Single Malt Scotch, Marrying Scottish spirit to Spanish cask, The Glendronach 12-Year-Old (renowned for its memorably long nutty finish) and 18 Year Old (exquisitely complex with dark treacle, allspice and walnut carrying on into the long lingering finish) will bring out the richness and depth in flavour of sherry wood maturation.
These will be paired with delectable creations including the premium Boneless Te Mana Lamb™ Ribs (the “wagyu” of lamb), Barramundi Ceviche, Burnt Butter Prawns, Woodfire Grilled Striploin, with the classic Chocolate Tart to round up the meal.
