Two bartenders will headline each evening with their sensational Thai-inspired libations featuring The Botanist Gin. Expect creations showcasing local produce from native Thailand and tipples that creatively distil the flavours of iconic Thai cuisine in liquid form. Guests can also feast on a delicious array of modern Thai street food snacks like Thai style Fried Chicken and Mango Sticky Rice Ondeh Ondeh.
Drink highlights include "Wild Honey Bee's Knees" by Teens of Thailand's Niks Anuman-Rajadhon featuring rurally harvested Wild Honey Payao, "Thai Strawberry Seltzer" by Q&A's Attapon De-Silva, showcasing Lacto-fermented strawberries from Northern Thailand, "Som Tum SG" by Eat Me's Buntanes "Pop" Direkrittikul infused with clarified tomato juice, Thai chilli tincture and Thai anchovy syrup, and "Easy Tiger" by Asia Today's Toon Kiattikoon Auengkum that features the Tiger Ear leaf.
