A Date With Traditional Arts

Enjoy the charm of traditional arts programmed by the National Arts Council, as part of the Singapore Night Festival, from 30 -31 August at the redeveloped Stamford Arts Centre (SAC). Be inspired by Singapore’s rich and diverse culture through performances that include Indian classical dance by Bhaskar’s Arts Academy, Malay musicroatiaal performance by award-winning group Kelana Purba, Mandarin cross talk by Sin Feng Xiang Sheng Society, traditional glove puppetry by the Paper Monkey Theatre and more. Wind down to tunes by Open Score Project and WEBE or bond with family and friends over hands-on activities such as Batik painting, Chinese calligraphy and Rangoli.
