The food and the inspiration behind the restaurant are one. True to its name, Bella Pasta was opened to present the many styles of pasta Antonio missed dearly and could not find a version that he loved and wanted so much to share: the dishes in the menu are all recreated from love and memory by Antonio.

The menu is deliberately kept small in order to offer only the most finely balanced, perfectly rendered dishes possible to the customers. Starring both fresh and dried pasta, this showcases that simplicity and balance that Italians love so much! The fresh pasta is painstakingly handmade by the chefs, and the dried pasta is carefully sourced – our preference is to use only those made in Italy.

A carefully selected range of risottos, meat and fish courses, in true simple Italian style, are also available; handmade pastas, cookies, ground espresso coffees and digestive liqueurs are also available as retail products. As it is the rest of the menu, it is the freshness of the ingredients and natural flavours that matter the most.
