The O.P.E.N.
{Open, Participate, Enrich, Negotiate} is the public initiative of the Singapore International Festival Of The Arts (SIFA). Styled as a popular academy, it is designed to be approachable and inclusive.
It connects the public with the ideas, issues and themes of the 2014 festival. It does this through a variety of platforms including film screenings, talks, workshops, dialogues as well as performance demonstrations in intimate and casual settings.
