DJ Scotto is a founding father of the U.S.A. Electronic Dance Music subculture, a multi-media artist & producer, best known for his 1992-94 NYC club N.A.S.A. considered to be the 1990's E.D.M. version of Studio 54 that went on to produce U.S.A.'s 1st E.D.M. tour featuring new artists Moby, the Prodigy, Richie Hawtin, Orbital & Aphex Twin. N.A.S.A. was depicted in the Larry Clark cult film called "KIDS" that broke out actress Chloe Sevingy, who was Scotto's door girl at NASA and since became a cult classic.

Scotto delivered the 1st E.D.M. mega-festival to Woodstock 94 called Ravestock, added to Woodstock's South Main Stage all Friday and Sunday night, essentially opening and closing the historic event with over 350,000 in attendance as well as performing the event and official Emcee, and still owns the trademark brand.
