The Russian company performs 100 engagements each year in major U.S. and Canadian cities. Moscow Ballet's Great Russian Nutcracker and other classical repertoire entertains tens of thousands during the peak holiday season.
This national platform allows Moscow Ballet to share the renowned Russian ballet training with dance lovers of all ages. Each year the dance company organizes workshops, master classes, and auditions that touch the lives of thousands of children.
This national footprint also allows Moscow Ballet to engage in extensive partnerships with corporations and not-for-profit organizations. With a history of raising millions of dollars over the last 20 years, Moscow Ballet's Great Russian Nutcracker tours have brought awareness and revenue to critically important organizations in the fields of cancer research, hospice, addiction treatment, AIDS treatment, and many more. Moscow Ballet is proud to continue this tradition of service in the dance arts during the 2012 twentieth anniversary tour of the Great Russian Nutcracker.
