Leonard Tan has been DJing since the early 80's and had since then held residencies in various top dance clubs in Singapore. With a vast knowledge of dance music from the past decade and present, Leonard has since then set various parties around asia alight with his stunning sets.

With around 20 years of experience under his belt, Leonard shows in his uncanny ability to be able to read a room and play to them rather than at them, has won hearts and cheers from dance parties everywhere he's played. The past few years have been busy for Leonard with international gigs and local dance festivals squeezed in between his rigorously planned regime in the club circuit.

Leonard is now Zouk KL’s head resident DJ. A task that allows him to program the entertainment over the many rooms and shape the music policy for the club. He is an integral cog in the system and has a keen ear for quality – He has spotted many of Zouk KL’s current residents, picking them from obscurity and nurturing them into the elite group of DJs they are today.

As a DJ Leonard uses his expansive knowledge of music to entertain the crowds weekly. He is most famous for his legendary Mambo Jambo sets where he takes the crowd on a journey through the best of the 80s, 90s and current classics without ever dropping a beat, missing a key or losing the intensity on the dance floor. He is also as masterful playing to a room of dance music fans as evident in his sets at Mash.

Leonard will be seen heading up the Saturday’s Fuze nights in Zouk as well as healming the Mambo events over in Velvet Underground.
