SPARK by Daan Roosegaarde

This SG60, experience a celebration like no other. For the first time in Southeast Asia, internationally renowned Dutch artist Daan Roosegaarde brings his poetic installation SPARK to Singapore.

SPARK is jointly organised by Gardens by the Bay and H&B, with art partner IMBA, in collaboration with the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Singapore. Supported by GIC, it is part of the National Day celebrations line-up at Gardens by the Bay this August. This year also marks 60 years of strong bilateral ties between the Netherlands and Singapore.

Over four magical nights, thousands of silent, floating light sparks will drift across the Supertree Grove – moving with the wind like fireflies, birds in flight, or constellations overhead.

After touring cities like Bilbao, London and Melbourne, SPARK now invites Singapore to gather, reflect, and celebrate in a new way—without sound, but full of wonder.
