For two nights only (11 and 12 December), from 6:30PM to 10:00PM Quenino × QĪN five-course menu with wine pairing invites all to gather, reflect and celebrate. Chefs Su from Quenino and Marvas from QĪN Restaurant come together for a four-hands collaboration, blending their distinct culinary voices into a bold, modern feast with Master Sommelier Mathias Camilleri’s expert wine pairing.
Look forward to creative dishes such as King Fish by Chef Su; the Shanghainese Hairy Crab “Tao Hwe” by Chef Marvas; and “Fried Rice” layered with pork lard, sakura shrimp, beef X.O. sauce, celtuce and crown daisy — an elevated, wok-fired homage to Southeast Asian comfort crafted by both chefs, and more.
