Quenino by Victor Liong’s International Women’s Day Dinner

In celebration of International Women’s Day 2025, Quenino by Victor Liong at Artyzen Singapore presents "United in Flavour, Empowered Together", a two-night dining experience honouring friendship, collaboration, and the impact of women in hospitality. Taking place on 7 and 8 March 2025, the event unites Quenino’s Chef de Cuisine Sujatha Asokan, Habibi-san’s Head Chef Nadine Tay, and Modern Provision’s General Manager Alysia Chan, who come together for a thoughtfully curated menu inspired by their journeys and shared passion for food. 

The five-course menu, priced at $180 per person, inclusive of wine pairing, is a tribute to the chefs’ personal journeys and creative synergy. More than just a culinary showcase, it reflects their evolution from three individuals forging their own paths to a unified trio, with each course symbolising a different stage in their friendship. 

The experience begins with three distinct amuse-bouche creations, each representing the chefs’ unique influences and culinary backgrounds—a nod to how they started their careers as individuals. As the meal progresses, their styles and techniques intertwine, resulting in dishes that showcase a harmonious fusion of their perspectives and experiences. The journey culminates in a collaborative dessert and petite fours, a nostalgic tribute to their enduring bond and the friendships that have shaped their careers.
