Nutmeg Cocktail Fiesta

Celebrate Nutmeg & Clove’s 11th anniversary with a week-long global bartending celebration! Following its recent recognition as #6 in Asia's 50 Best Bars and #28 in the World’s 50 Best Bars 2024, Nutmeg & Clove will host a series of themed events, bringing together renowned bartenders from around the world to honour the spirit of craft and community.

Nutmeg’s new menu celebrates Singapore’s heritage by collaborating with age-old businesses to enshrine their stories and products. From local to global, the Nutmeg Cocktail Fiesta, dubbed the 11th Assembly of Our Global Community, shines a spotlight on the bartending community, highlighting the shared moments, lasting connections, and passion that unite the industry.

Nutmeg Cocktail Fiesta 2025 Lineup:

• 25 May (Sun), 6pm till late: North American Bar Community — Handshake Speakeasy (#1 World's 50 Best Bars ‘24), Prophecy, and True Laurel shake things up with bold cocktails and DJ Halyfax spinning American pop and hip-hop.
• 27 May (Tue), 7pm till late: Asia Bartending Legends — Icons like Hidetsugu Ueno (Bar High Five) and Hisashi Kishi (Star Bar) pour storied cocktails, in the company of veteran bartender Huang Shao Lin with bites by Chef Willin Low.
• 29 May (Thu), 7pm till late: Global Italian Bartending — Italy’s finest, including talents from Moebius Milano, AMARO BAR, Mizunara: The Library and Caffé AnarCord, take over with DJ Krys on deck.
• 1 June (Sun), 2–5pm: Cocktails, Coffee and Brunch — Wind down with Negronis from Bar Termini, a special brunch by Chef Mirko Febbrile, coffee by Kim Guan Guan, and beats by DJ Amanda Chuin.
