Smoke & Mirrors, Bombay Sapphire Gin and Aberfeldy Whisky pr

Throughout June and July 2022, destination rooftop bar Smoke & Mirrors is partnering with Bombay Sapphire and Aberfeldy to introduce two initiative menus that raise awareness of sustainable agriculture and biodiversity.

Art of Botanicals features a herbaceous menu with Bombay Sapphire gin, featuring a 3-cocktail menu, Rosemary Gimlet (gin, homemade rosemary cordial), G & Pea (butterfly blue pea infused gin, tonic), and Gin Basil Smash (gin, basil, citrus), with unique customisation for guests where they pick from the in-house edible Garnish Garden. Each cocktail is priced at $25++.

In addition, Smoke & Mirrors has incorporated a flight pairing menu ($68++) displaying Aberfeldy cocktails paired with unifloral honey sourced from local beekeepers and bee harvests. The menu includes an Old-Fashioned with Durian Honey and Angostura Bitters, Honey Highball with Tea Tree Honey and 12-Years Single Malt paired with Cliff Honey.
