Graduation Performance - Saturday 25th April LIVE online

- A show for you and your graduating alumni to perform online in front of family, friends, colleagues and the public.

Plus a free handy ‘comedy jargon’ busting glossary to take away and free entry to one of the Mad About Comedy Singapore International Headliner Shows when they resume.

Who is the facilitator?

Scott Mitchell has performed in Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, Myanmar and the United Kingdom. Recently, as part of Fringeworld, Perth Australia, he was a finalist in the ‘Best Show’ category. He has also provided support on stage for Russel Howard, Stuart Goldsmith, Brendon Burns and many more.

Scott was born and raised in Scotland and moved to Singapore in 2004. To date, Scott has organised more than 500 stand-up shows in Singapore and has been involved with the Magners International Comedy Festival, Comedy Central Asia and Beerfest Asia as well as many corporate and private performances.

“I love stand-up comedy and was a fan long before I ever stepped on stage. Whenever I get the chance to learn more about our craft I take it. Watching new comedians make people laugh is one of the best things in the world” - Scott Mitchell

Some additional notes for you:

What should you have handy?
Pens, pencils, notepad and if possible, a sense of humour (not compulsory – some of the funniest comedians in the world are the grimmest people you will ever meet off stage).

What time can I be there?
The online room will open 5 minutes before class is due to start. A link will be sent in advance of the class starting.

Do I need to perform at graduation?
We never force anyone to perform. However, the graduation show is the culmination of all your hard work and effort that you have put in at the previous sessions. We do encourage you to show it off.

Numbers
This is the first time we have done this online and we want to ensure you get the best experience possible. To proceed we need a minimum class size of 5 people. Should we not achieve this you will be offered a rescheduled date.
