The prolific guest speaker has a cocktail named after him and has created hand-crafted cocktail maps and cocktail tours for events in Singapore. Be inspired by Chris’ deep knowledge and passion for the local cocktail scene as he takes you through the depth of three distinctively-flavoured Old Young’s gin labels—the 1829 Gin, Six Season and Common Gin. Discover how various tonics can enhance the botanical flavours of each gin and learn how 100% Australia-made sugar can elevate the flavour profile of gin.

After the talk, enjoy 3 hours of free-flow Gin & Tonic at CIN CIN’s signature Gin Treasury. Choose from Aged Gin to London Dry and a range of flavored tonic water to create your favourite Gin & Tonic. Enjoy the G&T creations alongside well-loved bar snacks such as the Truffle Fries, Fried Calamari Rings and Spicy Sriracha Buffalo Wings at $9++ per serving (usual price ranges from $11++ to $16++).
